Four Seasons Hotel Madrid,a collection of seven heritage buildings is ideally situated near the business district and close to Madrid's major tourist attractions.
A historical landmark redefining elegance, sophistication and urban luxury, located in CentroCanalejasMadrid.
After a careful restoration,Four Seasons Hotel Madrid, is homing to 200 guest rooms including 39 suites, 22 luxury residences, 3 restaurants and bars including an expansive roof terrace, a cutting-edge Spa, stylish function spaces and luxury retail.
The Role ofBarman:
The Four Seasons Hotel Madrid is looking for abarmanto join our pre-opening team.
Applicants should strivefor excellence in a fast-paced work environment.
He or she should be able to respond toguest needs by providing exceptional knowledge of wine spirits, and mixed drinks as well as information regarding preparation methods.
In addition, the main duties to perform are:
Elaborate signature cocktails and taking initiative with being creative in designing the perfect cocktail to meet our guest expectations.
Responsibilityfor organizing and controlling the operations of the Bar.
Meet all Four Seasons and Health Department food, beverage and safety standards.
Stock, re-stock, and organize the retail items in thebarneeded.
Assist with daily inventory and ordering.
Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
